I just left Rosa at about 9:00 p.m. and she was looking great to me. The swelling in her face had gone down and her eyes were more open. She still had a slight headache but overall felt good and remembered myself and Tess visiting with her after the surgery. She was asking if it was still Thursday or Friday. I just want to let everyone who has been so faithful to pray and send words of encouragement through Facebook and in response to this blog have blessed me tremendously. I plan to read every one of them tomorrow when we are in a room together.
We prayed together before I left her tonight and gave God praise, honor and glory. Then we praised Him for all of you and the miracle that He has given us all. I am thankful to Him that the love of my life and I will spend many more wonderful years together.
And I am so thankful too! Your love and devotion to each other with all you have been through these last months have been a great inspiration to me. God’s glorification has shone bright through your examples. With all the pain Rosa has been through and you, Roy, with those painful shingles I have never heard either of you complain and through your pain and sufferings you have always wanted Him glorified and know that that you have accomplished and God has been glorified. I praise Him for you BOTH!
I love you both and can’t wait to see you both again.
With love and continued prayers, Faye
Wonderful news. I hope she has a speedy recovery. As always, we miss Rosa, and keep you both in our prayers.
Praise God in the highest! I was very anxious to get up this a.m. and find out how Rosa was doing. You are all in my thoughts and prayers every day~may God continue to bless us here on earth with Rosa’s presence and her grace. She is a blessing to us all.
I am so happy for both of you! Prayers are being answered continously for 2 special people.
I am amazed that I found this place so that I can let you know that you have all been uppermost in my thoughts for several days now and if I could draw a “tear” I would send it to you because they are rolling down my cheeks as I type this and they are tears of joy!! I was not in your room physically but I was there in thought. I prayed that our heavenly Father would overpower the operating room with His presence and His hands would be performing the surgery..I believe He did just that!! Roy, stay close to Rosa and Rosa, you take care and rest…As soon as you are able we will have some more fried trout and some hearty laughs together…Cliff sends love. Love all of you, R, R, T, R….Linda
We are just overjoyed to all the good news,PRAISE GOD,AMEN! It’s so great to know what God can and will do when we give it to him in prayer, I just know that God was there in that operating room guiding the doctor’s hands and eyes,I also know he was with you and family with a comforting hand. We love you and Ms Rosa, and continue to pray
for aspeedy and blessed recovery. I kept mama updated with the progress reports and she sends her love and prayers. hope to se both of you soon.
Please give Ms.Rosa my love. Ms. Rosa is a angel and a great woman of God. I miss seeing her every morning at work. But I know that God is going to heal her completely. The word saids nothing is impossible for our God and to whom beleive. Keep the faith.

Thank You Jesus! I give God all the glory for Rosa’s recovery. God has truely walked beside Rosa through all that she has been through. Rosa is also very blessed to have such a supportive husband/family.
How you prayed together last night praising God is such a blessing. As much as you both have been through you are still praying for others. That is no surprise as you and Rosa has never let us down. Thank you for being an awesome example to us and others. It was a privilege to be at the hospital, to stand by you as you have us. We are still praying for complete recovery and healing! We love you all!!♥♥♥♥
